Regarding Direct Mail Orders of DRY Magazine (Zhang Zhehan Cover)
Dear fans and friends,
We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the long wait. We feel deeply sorry and extend our most heartfelt apologies to every one of you who has supported us.
Regarding the previously sold DRY magazine featuring Zhang Zhehan on the cover, the shipment has been significantly delayed due to multiple uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections and clearance policies. As a result, the magazines have been held up for an extended period and have yet to be delivered to you. This situation was beyond our expectations, and we deeply regret letting you down.
In response, we have been making every effort to coordinate logistics and warehousing. We hereby solemnly promise that all domestic direct-mail orders will be delivered by May 31, and fans will receive both the magazine and the photo cards.
Compensation for the Delay
Considering the long waiting time, we will include an additional 8 sets of photo cards with each order as compensation. We hope this gesture can help make up for the inconvenience.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience and for delaying your expectations. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience. We have carefully reviewed the issue and are optimizing our processes. Moving forward, we will strictly improve quality control and shipping efficiency to provide better service.
